Debbie appraised most commercial asset classes to include industrial, retail, office, apartments, warehouse and mixed-use building space for investors and owner-users. In addition, Debbie has ten years field experience managing construction projects. Debbie’s sound understanding of real estate valuation principles, market trends, and strong interpersonal communication skills continues to strengthen the company’s position as a niche market leader.
