He is a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Wells Fargo’s New Markets Tax Credit Program. His team, which has a national footprint for making debt and equity investments in urban and rural low-income communities, has completed transactions approximate to a billion dollars into some of the nation’s hardest hit local economies. Prior to assuming this role, Lee held a variety of positions at Wells Fargo and a predecessor institution in its commercial and real estate lending areas representing a span of nearly 20 years in banking.
Mr. Berger has been an attorney since 1982. His specialty is employment law. He is a partner in Berger, Williams & Reynolds, LLP, who represents individuals as well as employers, in all aspects of employment litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing and wage and hour matters. In addition to representing individuals, he has represented thousands of class members and employers in numerous class actions regarding minimum wage, overtime and other wage claims. Mr. Berger is an American Arbitration Association (AAA) Arbitrator and Mediator on AAA’s Employment Panel, and is a member of the very exclusive College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.

Bob Stewartm, Developer and broker, is a graduate of San Diego State University and president of two development companies. With his engineering background, Bob has successfully developed subdivisions throughout Southern California and has brokered transactions throughout the United States. He is president of California Investment Bankers, and broker-owner of Hometown Realtors. He is past president of the East San Diego County Board of Realtors and is currently Realtor Emeritus. Bob has completed dozens of successful exchanges, was Secretary of the National Counsel of Exchangors, and is past president of the San Diego Exchangors. Bob also served as Special Master in dispute resolutions in construction and development.
Principal and Broker
Mr. Libster has been actively involved in commercial real estate as a principal and broker since 1998. His experiences include acquisition and disposition, infill mixed-use development, full scale repurposing of well positioned commercial properties, and full-service property management. Mr. Libster serves on the Executive Committee of the National Council of Exchangors (NCE) from 2014-present, following his time as NCE President in 2015 & 2016. Mr. Libster has completed transactions approximate to a billion dollars to include syndications, joint ventures, partnership LLC’s, fractional’s, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, and tenant in common offerings/interests.

Jim McLoughlin has been CEO of Catalina Design Group since 1995. Bill McCloskey has been acting President of Allision-McCloskey escrow company for 43 years. Mr. McCloskey has built a national reputation for integrity, creativity, and excellence in the areas of 1031 Exchanges, Real Estate Escrows, Bulk Transfers, and Holding Escrows. Dr. Daniel Muhe

Dr. Muhe graduated with a Ph.D. in Psychology in 1982. He then progressed his financial education by getting his Certified Financial Planner degree in 1985 as well as a series 7 securities license. He started his real estate career in 1987 selling apartment buildings. He preferred the collateral of owning and lending on real estate to the more volatile investment domain of stocks. Dr. Muhe obtained his broker license in 1987 and started Financial Freedom Loans arranging private money first trust deed loans secured by real estate. Lending private money has been his primary occupation for the last thirty years and has grew to managing a loan portfolio of over $100 Million diversified across several hundred loans. His real estate lending and property management experience expands over several thousand transactions approximate to over a billion dollars.
