If you are a real estate professional seeking a funding source for your next investment project, look no further. We will consider both debt and equity structures using various collateral agreements within Joint Ventures, Partnerships, Participation Agreements, Notes, etc. Debt structures will be considered with loan requirements of $100,000 – $1,200,000.
